About the author

Three decades on the
sideline of young lives.

Dr. Oliver R. Lucas has spent more than twenty-eight years as a teacher, head football coach, and school administrator — earning a Ph.D. in Administration of Education and guiding more than ninety athletes to Division I programs along the way.

Through every classroom and every season, he saw the same truth: the people who succeed aren’t the most gifted — they’re the most self-aware and intentional. The Relationship Playbook is how he teaches that.
